What happens in the twenty minutes

What does your site run on?

Your solar array, battery bank, charge controller and any backup generation, plus how the site reports back today. Brands and rough sizes are enough.

What has already gone wrong?

We will talk about the outages you have had, what they cost you in trips and downtime, and how you found out about them. This is usually the most useful five minutes of the call.

Where will it fail next?

We will give you our read on the weakest link in the site's setup, and what an early warning would have done to catch it in time.

Nothing tells you a power system is dying. Something tells you it is dead.

When an off-grid power system fails, nobody finds out until the equipment it was powering already went dark. A camera stopped recording. A sensor went silent. A site lost comms. By then it is too late, and the truck roll is the cheap part.

Systems rarely fail all at once. They drift: a battery bank that holds a little less each winter, a controller derating in the heat, an array losing output under dust nobody has washed off. All of it is visible months ahead, in data the equipment is already producing and nobody is reading.

On the call, we find which pieces of equipment are trending toward failure.
