The last outage and the last error were both 22 June; the last warning was 9 July, when battery voltage dropped below the 25.0V threshold and recovered overnight.

Debris, shading, sun damage and time take the array down by degrees. What percentage of efficiency are you actually getting from your solar array? How would you know which one of your five panels stopped working, and that the site is now producing 20% less? And what solar efficiency can your site take before it starts failing?

How many cycles do you get from a battery? There is the theoretical number the manufacturer gives you under ideal conditions, and then there is the number you actually get, based on how you are using it. Knowing where you are is how you know when it has stopped working for you.

It is great that you have a backup source. Can you rely on it? How long would it take you to know there is an issue with it? How long can your site run if the generator or fuel cell does not start? We help our customers find these issues with time to respond, not after the backup source failed to start and the site went off fifteen minutes later.
